Senior Industrial Electrician
About the Role
Zionic is partnering with a well-established food and beverage manufacturer in Adelaide’s northern suburbs to find an experienced Senior Industrial Electrician. This is a permanent day-shift role with a strong package, on-call allowance, and genuine long-term stability.
The successful candidate will be responsible for preventive and reactive maintenance across a high-throughput processing environment, including motor control centres, variable speed drives, and PLC-controlled production lines.
Key Responsibilities
- Preventive and breakdown maintenance on plant and process equipment
- Fault finding and repair of MCCs, VSDs, and soft starters
- Working alongside I&C technicians on instrumentation and control systems
- Supporting scheduled shutdowns and commissioning activities
- Maintaining compliance with AS/NZS 3000 and site safety procedures
- Participating in the on-call roster (1 week in 4)
Required Experience
- A-Class electrical licence (SA)
- 5+ years industrial electrical experience (food & beverage, manufacturing, or similar)
- Hands-on experience with Allen-Bradley or Siemens PLCs
- Comfortable with MCC and switchboard work
- Working at Heights, Confined Space, EWP tickets
- Clean safety record

- Base salary: $105,000 – $130,000 + superannuation
