Electrical Supervisor — Commercial Construction

About the Role

A growing Adelaide-based electrical contractor is looking for an experienced Electrical Supervisor to run crews across multiple commercial fit-out and retail construction sites. This is a permanent, off-the-tools supervisory role with a clear progression path into senior site management.

The client has a strong pipeline of commercial work across the Adelaide metro area and is investing in their leadership team to support continued growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervising electrical crews on 3–5 active commercial sites
• Scheduling, quality control, and site coordination
• Client liaison and progress reporting
• Ensuring compliance with AS/NZS 3000 and site safety standards
• Managing ITPs, daily reports, and variation tracking
• Mentoring foremen and apprentices

Required Experience

• Electrical Supervisor or Contractor Licence (SA)
• 5+ years supervisory experience in commercial construction
• Track record of running multiple concurrent sites
• Strong documentation and compliance skills
• Cert IV in Building and Construction (Supervisor) desirable
• Clean safety record and current site tickets
